Products and Descriptions
At Tyneside TCG, all card images shown on our website are photographs of real cards that we physically hold in stock.
Where only one copy of a card is available, the card pictured is the exact card you will receive.
Where multiple copies of the same card are available, we may display a photograph of one representative copy. In these cases, the card received will be of the same card, set, language, and rarity, with condition consistent with the listing. Minor variations may occur, including centring, print lines, or other factory imperfections.
If multiple copies are available and you would like to see specific photos to choose a preferred copy, you are welcome to contact us before purchase, and we will provide additional images where possible.
All cards are handled, checked, and stored with care.
We reserve the right to update product listings, prices, and stock availability at any time without prior notice.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout using our available secure payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears incomplete, fraudulent, or suspicious.
In the event of an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Dispatch times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier. We will assist with tracking and resolution where possible but are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

By purchasing from Tyneside TCG, you acknowledge and agree that:

Card singles and mystery items are final sale and non-returnable

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided dispatch has not begun

Sealed products may be refused for return if opened, resealed, or tampered with

Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
