At Tyneside TCG, we take pride in the quality, authenticity, and care behind every order. All items are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
This policy outlines your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law.
Final Sale Items (No Returns)
Due to the collectible and high-risk nature of trading cards, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

Card Singles (English & Japanese)

Mystery Pouches / Mystery Products

Unsealed bundles or card lots
These items are non-returnable to prevent card swapping, condition disputes after delivery, and tampering. All singles are quality-checked and photographed before dispatch.
Mystery products are randomised and sealed at the point of sale and are classed as bespoke items under UK consumer regulations.
Sealed Products (Boosters, Boxes & Tins)
We only sell authentic sealed Pokémon products, sourced from authorised distributors.
All sealed items are inspected and photographed before dispatch and may be security-sealed. If a returned item is found to have been opened, resealed, or tampered with, no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to decline returns on sealed products where authenticity or condition cannot be verified.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not entered the dispatch process. Once an order is being prepared or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds (Where Applicable)
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your provider.
Where applicable, reasonable return postage or handling costs may be deducted.
Fair Use Policy
We value honesty within the TCG community.
Any attempt to return swapped, resealed, or tampered items may result in a refused refund and possible account restriction.
