Dispatch Times
At Tyneside TCG, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday), excluding UK bank holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number by email.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped from Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom using:

Estimated delivery times are 2–3 working days from dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by busy periods, industrial action, or severe weather.
Packaging
We take great care when packaging orders to ensure they arrive safely.

Single cards are sleeved and placed in top loaders or card protectors, then secured in protective mailers

Sealed products (boosters, tins, and boxes) are packaged to prevent movement or pressure damage

Larger or mixed orders may be boxed for additional protection
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Lost or Delayed Mail
Royal Mail does not class a UK parcel as lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date.
If your order has not arrived after this period, please contact us and we will assist with tracking and resolution where possible.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photographs of the packaging and item condition
We will review the issue and assist in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returns – Authorisation Required
Due to the use of a virtual office address, returns must not be sent without prior approval.
Any return, exchange, or refund request must be agreed in advance by contacting us first. We will provide return instructions where a return is approved.
Items sent back without authorisation, or sent to our registered office without prior agreement, may be refused or returned to sender.
Approved returns must be sent to the address provided in the return authorisation and in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes to delivery information cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
